D-Rock Oblivion

Writing the last post on Space Marines took me back to some distant memories, and I started singing an old favourite ‘Get out of My Way’ 🙂

The band D-Rock, a hard metal British group released the album Oblivion, with lyrics inspired by 40k… this was one of the first CD’s I purchased!
& TIL that Brian May played guitar on a couple of tracks too, Get out of My Way being one of them.

There’s very little of their material on Youtube, certainly not of any decent quality that I could find.

Although I did find a copy some generous soul uploaded to Dropbox, search and you shall find 😉

Listening to it now I can’t believe I didn’t recognise May on guitar, but then again why would he play with these guys, who no one but avid gamers had ever heard of?
