I’m quite frustrated about this release, as I usually am by all Call of Duty map pack releases which are done 3 months before the release of the next title in the series.
The profit margins are huge!

Game releases ~$120 nzd
3 map packs ~$20 nzd * 3
= $180 bucks

Ok, I do put many hours in, but surely I’d get more hours per map if they were all released on title debut… but I wouldn’t pay the best part of 200 bucks.

& then comes Elite

I’m looking forward to seeing the end of the Modern Warfare trilogy & I will play for days on line… & dollars per game hour it works out reasonable… but I put more hours into Oblivion & didn’t pay quite the premium, I resisted the war horse armour 🙂

  1. Its like you read my mind! You seem to know so much about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you could do with a few pics to drive the message home a bit, but instead of that, this is great blog. An excellent read. I will definitely be back.
