https everywhere and here

Through the cpanel of this site I’ve just made the site Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure 🙂
I’ve been using HTTPS-everywhere in Chrome and Firefox for quite a while, and I imagined it would be more of a challenge, and costly to set up, so I’ve never got around to looking into it before.

5 mins after logging into the cpanel, the site is ‘secure’! The certificate however isn’t registered, so people will receive a warning when arriving, and have the choice to accept the cert.

No-one really cares if they think they’re posting here or not… no-one else does post here 🙂 but what it does do is ensure that the contents of communications between the user and site cannot be read or forged by any third party.

It’ll be interesting to see if this stops the spam bots from signing up multiple times through the day.
