Just completed Beyond: Two Souls, it was a nice change from the run of the mill FPS, or beat-em-up that I usually play.
It does play like a film, totally linear, with the Illusion of different paths… promise no spoilers 😉
The characters are deep, and the plot dark at times, although I wouldn’t be surprised if the Aussie regulators cut content from the version I played through.
This week I upgraded my gaming TV, so it was a pleasure to play in 1080p.
The pace of the game is controlled, so I could only play a couple of chapters in one sitting, before I needed a little more of a contemporary game fix.
It took me 2 weeks to play through, and I can’t see me picking it up again, and I don’t think there will be any space to add DLC.
